The Rehearsal Room
Try the work before the stakes are real.
Bring one consequential workflow and the people who own it. Rehearse what happens when AI joins the work, including the moments when it gets something wrong.
One real piece of work
A customer handoff. A first draft that someone must verify. A decision that needs a person to remain in control. Start with work your team recognizes, then make the roles, data, permissions and boundaries visible.
For example, a team might rehearse an AI-assisted customer reply. First, the ordinary request. Then an ambiguous request, missing information or a confident mistake. Who notices? Who can interrupt? What happens next? This is an example of a rehearsal scene, not a client result.
Choose the depth of rehearsal
Start with one workflow
One-Day AI Work Lab
A cross-functional team runs a normal scene and a pressure scene. Together, we define the work, cast people and tools, rehearse the handoffs and interpret what happened.
Leave with: a workflow map, observed risks, evidence from the scenes and a Pilot / Revise / Stop decision.
Ask about the one-day lab →Build through repetition
30-Day AI Work Rehearsal
Put the workflow through role-specific repetitions. Practice verification, interruption and recovery. Test whether the people doing the work can use it, including accessibility needs and exceptions.
Leave with: evidence of what holds up, what needs to change and an operating playbook the team can use.

Rehearsal Practice
Work changes. People join. Tools behave differently. Keep the practice alive through recurring scenes, coaching and failure drills. Use what the team observes to decide what to keep, revise or stop.
How we work
TheaterThink® brings rehearsal-room craft to consequential work: Direct → Cast → Rehearse → Interpret. Define what matters, assemble the people and tools, try the work, then read the evidence before deciding what comes next.
Before we begin
Do we need AI or theater experience?
No. Bring knowledge of the work and the people affected by it. The rehearsal starts there.
Which workflow should we choose?
Choose a bounded piece of work with recognizable inputs, handoffs and consequences. The first conversation helps identify a useful starting point.
What about sensitive data and permissions?
Agree on data, tools, access and human decision rights before the rehearsal. Use approved or representative material. Do not include confidential information in the inquiry form.
Can our team participate remotely?
Tell us where the team works and any access needs. We will shape the format around the people and the workflow.
What happens after I get in touch?
We review the situation with you, identify the people who need to be involved and decide whether a lab, a longer rehearsal or advisory work fits. Scope comes before a proposal.
